ABC data sheet

  Select one of your own behaviors to monitor. It can b e a behavior you consider to be a problem, a behavior that you like, or a behavior that you do not consider to be good or bad. Provide a topographical definition of the behavior. What does the behavior look like? Fill out the ABC sheet attached below. record 10 occurrences of the behavior that you selected. For each instance of the behavior that you observe, write an antecedent and consequence to that behavior.
